We require 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with us. If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, you will be charged 50% of the estimated total for the booked services, and this charge will be automatically billed to your credit card on file. If you fail to show up for a scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of the booked services, and this amount will also be automatically billed to your credit card on file.
Please note that a credit card is required to secure your appointment. If the credit card on file fails for any reason, you will need to pay any applicable cancellation or no-show fees before you can schedule another appointment.
To provide the best possible service to all our guests, we have a late arrival policy. If you arrive at the salon more than 5 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may not be able to complete all the services you booked for that day. You can choose to forgo either the haircut or blow-dry service, but please note that you will still be charged for all services scheduled.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we will be unable to complete your services, and cancellation fees will apply to all booked services. This policy ensures that our stylists have enough time to serve each guest thoroughly and allows us to stay on schedule for your visits. Thank you for your understanding!
We aim to provide our guests with the highest level of satisfaction. If you experience any issues with your cut or color, please let us know within 7 days of your visit. After reviewing the consultation form that you and your stylist completed together, if we determine that we did not meet your expectations with the services provided, we will gladly correct the issue at no additional charge.
If you desire a different outcome than what was agreed upon during the consultation, we will be happy to provide you with a quote for a refinement rate, allowing us to adjust your look based on your new goals. We will make every effort to schedule you back into the salon within 7 days of your request for a redo.
Please note that if you do not inform us of your dissatisfaction within 7 days, our redo policy will be rendered null and void, and any requested changes will be charged according to our service menu and pricing.
If you make a retail purchase that you are not satisfied with, we will accept exchanges for full credit within 30 days of your initial purchase. Please note that we do not offer refunds on retail purchases. Instead, we will exchange your item for a product that we believe better meets your needs and goals.
For products returned to the salon for exchange between 30 and 90 days after purchase, you will receive a 50% credit toward your exchange. Additionally, shipping fees are non-refundable for any products that were shipped directly to you from our salon.

Client robes are provided for all our guests to protect your clothing during our services. We will not be responsible for any damage to your personal belongings, including clothing, jewelry, shoes, and purses. Please be mindful of what you wear to your hair appointment. To avoid getting color on your nice clothing, we ask that you change into one of our robes. If you are wearing a turtleneck or hoodie, you will likely be asked to change into a robe as well.
I agree to be honest and transparent with my stylist when discussing my hair history. I understand that any previous treatments I have done to my hair, as well as any future changes I choose to make, will affect the results of the services I receive.
I acknowledge that providing inaccurate information about my hair history may lead to undesirable outcomes, including but not limited to:
- Hair breakage- Uneven color- Undesirable color- Irreparable damage- Hair loss
If it is determined that I have provided false information regarding my hair history and any of the issues above occur, I will not be entitled to any reparative services, treatments, or refunds.
